Open Houses and buildings in London

The Londonist blog has a post celebrating London’s 20th century architecture with a collection of photos of London’s fantastic and fascinating (sorry Prince Charles) modern architecture. They have joined the 20th century society in this modernist love in.

If you are interested in London’s urban design and architecture, you can visit the New London Architecture exhibition space where they have interesting models, information, exhibitions and maps of projects in London.
This month is the annual London Open house event on the 19th and 20th of September – you can visit hundreds of interesting buildings in London, some of the most popular are already booked, so have a look on the website if you are interested… You could for example have a tour of UCL’s historic buildings
